DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”), all the following capitalized terms have the meaning indicated below and are understood in both the singular and the plural:
Subscription Club Luxshop5: subscription taken out by the Customer allowing them to benefit from the Services against a fixed monthly price;
DOTLEAP LTD: DOTLEAP LTD, with registered office at Unit 126, Spur Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 5BD, company registered with the English Trade Register under number 10955865, represented by Nadija Hlawacka, in their capacity as Director;
Customer: any person acting for purposes not related to their commercial, industrial, artisanal, professional or agricultural activity, connecting to the Site to purchase a Product and/or subscribe to the Subscription Club Luxshop5;
Order: Order by a Customer of a Product offered for sale on the Site and/or of the Subscription Club Luxshop5;
Data: Any element (information, texts, photographs, messages, etc.) collected by the User and implemented by them on the Site and in the Services through its use;
Personal Data: Means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person; an “identified or identifiable natural or legal person” is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more specific elements of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
Feature: Each element implemented, accessible and usable on the Site and in the Services;
Delivery: Provision to the Customer of the Product they have ordered on the Site;
Access Means: Methods and/or functions by which a Customer can access the Site and/or one or more Services to use them for their own needs;
Operator: Company operating various electronic telecommunications networks necessary for access to and use of the Site and the Services;
Parties: Parties who have accepted and adhere to the Terms and the obligations contained therein;
Product: Good offered for sale on the Site. The list of Products is available at:
Price: Price shown on the Site for a Product and for the Subscription Club Luxshop5;
Services: All benefits of the Subscription Club Luxshop5 made available to the Customer by DOTLEAP LTD;
Site: the website https://luxshop5.com of DOTLEAP LTD allowing the Customer to access the sale of Products and/or the subscription to the Subscription Club Luxshop5;
Third Party: Means natural or legal persons not related by ownership or common control to DOTLEAP LTD or other individuals unconnected with DOTLEAP LTD and/or the Customer.
OBJECT OF THE TERMS
These Terms aim to define the conditions and procedures under which the Customer may purchase Products on the Site and/or subscribe to the Subscription Club Luxshop5.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
The Customer declares that they have read these Terms and accepted them by ticking the box provided when placing their Order. Placing an Order by the Customer constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The Terms are accessible at any time on the Site.
MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
These Terms may be modified at any time by DOTLEAP LTD. Any change to the Terms will be communicated to the Customer via the Site.
The Terms applicable to the Customer are those in force on the day of their Order; any new Order implies acceptance of the new Terms in force on that day.
PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale on the Site are:
The main characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site, which the Customer must review before placing an Order.
PRICES
The Prices of the Products and of the Subscription Club Luxshop5 are indicated on the Site and are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Product Prices do not include handling, shipping, transport, and delivery fees, which are charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the Site and calculated before placing the Order. Customs duties or other local or import taxes may apply. These fees and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Product prices may be changed at any time on the Site. The price applicable to the Products concerned is the price in effect at the time of Order registration.
If the Customer benefits from a discount or promotional code, they must enter it in the appropriate field during the Order process. It will not be possible to apply a promotional code or discount once the Order has been confirmed.
The price of the Subscription Club Luxshop5 is 47.80 euros TTC per month, with automatic monthly payment by credit card.
ORDER
The Customer is guided throughout the Order process by simple instructions displayed on the Site.
The Customer can order Products on the Site by clicking “ADD TO CART”. They can remove or modify the selected Product before confirming the Order and accepting the Terms.
The Customer can subscribe to the Subscription Club Luxshop5 by clicking “Subscribe Now” on the subscription page. They can remove the Subscription selection before confirming the Order and accepting the Terms.
Confirming the Order by clicking “Confirm Payment” constitutes a payment obligation for the Customer.
Orders are paid via secure payment methods, namely credit or debit card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Maestro® (formerly Switch), Visa Electron®, Visa Delta®, Carte Bleue and Carte Bancaire. Cash or check payments are not accepted.
If the Customer has a promotional code, it must be entered during Order confirmation to be valid.
An email acknowledging receipt of the Order and summarizing its details will be sent to the address provided by the Customer immediately after the Order is placed.
Product offers are valid while stocks last, in accordance with the information on the Site and at the time of Order placement.
DOTLEAP LTD reserves the right to refuse any Order without compensation for the Customer if it is abnormal or for any other legitimate reason.
DELIVERY
Products will be delivered within 30 days from the Order date, to the address provided by the Customer during the Order process.
The delivery time includes order processing and shipping times.
Under applicable provisions, in case of delivery delay, the Customer may terminate the contract under Articles L. 216-2, L. 216-4 and L. 241-4 of the French Consumer Code. In such a case, the Customer will be refunded all amounts paid, no later than fourteen (14) days following the contract termination date.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer when they physically take possession of the ordered Products.
SERVICES OF THE SUBSCRIPTION Club Luxshop5
By subscribing to the Subscription Club Luxshop5 during an Order on the Site, the Customer expressly agrees to benefit from the Services of the Subscription Club Luxshop5.
Through the Services, the Customer gains access to private sales on https://luxshop5.com, offering Subscription members preferential prices using a promotional code sent by email. The Customer is informed of private sales by email.
The Services include:
- Preferential purchase prices of Products on https://luxshop5.com;
- Free shipping for Products ordered on the Site;
- Event-based private sales sent by email;
- Unlimited access to e-books in our digital library.
To benefit from the Services, the Customer must provide the email address linked to their Subscription and the promotional code received by email during their Orders on the Site.
The Subscription Club Luxshop5 is billed at 47.80 euros TTC per month, with automatic monthly payment by credit card.
The Customer may terminate the Subscription Club Luxshop5 at any time, directly on the Site or at www.milleniumdeal.com, by accessing the “Cancel My Subscription” section, or by contacting customer service as per Article 2 of these Terms.
The Subscription Club Luxshop5 ends immediately, and no subsequent monthly fee will be charged.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD AND REFUND POLICY
The Customer has the right to withdraw from their Order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days:
- for Products: from the date the Product is delivered to the Customer. For Orders with multiple Products delivered separately or for a Product composed of multiple lots or parts delivered over time, the period runs from the receipt of the last Product or lot or part;
- for the Subscription Club Luxshop5: from the date of the Subscription Order on the Site.
To exercise their withdrawal right, the Customer must notify their decision using the withdrawal form attached as an appendix to these Terms or any other unambiguous declaration:
by email to contact@luxshop5.com, and they will receive acknowledgment of receipt without delay;
by postal mail to DOTLEAP LTD at Unit 126, Spur Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 5BD
The Customer must return the Product within fourteen (14) days following notification of withdrawal.
If the Customer withdraws under the above conditions, they will be refunded all payments made, including delivery fees, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days:
- for Products: from the date of product recovery or proof of shipment, whichever is first;
- for the Subscription: from the date they informed DOTLEAP LTD of their withdrawal.
The returned Product’s price will be fully refunded. In case of Subscription withdrawal, the Customer will be fully refunded.
Refunds will use the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
The Customer acknowledges that the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for:
- delivery of products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened by the Customer;
- delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when opened by the Customer;
- delivery of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Liability:
DOTLEAP LTD is fully liable to the Customer for proper performance of its obligations under these Terms and any Order. However, DOTLEAP LTD will be exempt from liability if it proves that non-performance or improper performance is attributable to the Customer, to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a Third Party, or to a case of force majeure.
Information on legal warranties:
DOTLEAP LTD is liable for any lack of conformity under Article L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code: “The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this was his responsibility.”
Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code: “The goods are in conformity with the contract if…” [full quotation as in original].
Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code: “Actions arising from lack of conformity extinguish two years after delivery.”
Article 1641 of the Civil Code: “The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects…”
Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: “Actions resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought within two years of their discovery.”
Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code: “When the buyer requests a repair under the commercial warranty, any immobilization period of at least seven days is added to the warranty period.”

When the Customer invokes the legal conformity warranty, they:
- have two years from delivery to act;
- may choose repair or replacement, subject to cost conditions of Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- are not required to prove existence of conformity defects for twenty-four months following delivery.
The legal warranty applies independently of any commercial warranty.
The Customer may invoke the warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the Civil Code, choosing either contract rescission or price reduction under Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
SITE DESCRIPTION AND ACCESS
DOTLEAP LTD provides a Site allowing the Customer to purchase Products and, if applicable, subscribe to the Subscription Club Luxshop5. The Site allows each Customer to view descriptions of all Products offered for sale.
Simple access to the Site and Order placement require no access code or credentials.
The Site is accessible 24/7, provided you have an internet-enabled device and internet access.
The Site is free to Customers with internet access. All costs related to Site access and Services, if any, including hardware, software or internet access fees, are the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer alone is responsible for their hardware and internet access.
DOTLEAP LTD uses all reasonable means to ensure quality access to the Site and Services.
DOTLEAP LTD cannot be held responsible for network or server malfunctions or any event beyond reasonable control that disrupts or degrades Site or Service access.
DOTLEAP LTD reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify Site access or Services without notice for maintenance or any legitimate reason, without obligation or compensation.
PERSONAL DATA
The Customer is informed that collection of their Personal Data is necessary for Order processing and/or Subscription and/or Services and for transmission to third parties for Product delivery. This Personal Data is collected solely to execute the Order and these Terms.
The Customer is informed that they must provide the following data, failure of which may prevent Order and Terms execution.
Data Controller:
The Data Controller is DOTLEAP LTD, with registered office at Unit 126, Spur Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 5BD, company registered under number 10955865, represented by Nadija Hlawacka, email contact@luxshop5.com, under applicable data protection laws and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data Processing Limitation:
Unless expressly agreed, Personal Data will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Personal Data Collected:
Collected Personal Data includes:
For Product Orders and/or Subscription Orders: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Postal Address, Phone Number.
Payment:
Payment processing records financial data related to the Customer’s bank account or credit card.
Data Recipients:
Personal Data is used by DOTLEAP LTD and its contractors to fulfill the Order and Terms and ensure efficient delivery of Products and/or Services.
Recipients include Product suppliers and delivery service providers.
Data Retention Period:
DOTLEAP LTD will retain collected data for 5 years, corresponding to the statute of limitations for contractual liability.
Security and Confidentiality:
DOTLEAP LTD implements organizational, technical, software and physical measures to protect Personal Data from alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, the Customer is informed that the Internet is not completely secure and DOTLEAP LTD cannot guarantee the security of data transmission or storage online.
Data Subject Rights:
Under applicable data protection regulations, Customers and Site users have the following rights:
- Update or delete their data by postal mail or email to the Data Controller;
- Access their Personal Data;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of their Personal Data;
- Request data portability to another provider;
- Object to processing, unless it conflicts with the processing purpose.
The Data Controller must respond within one month. Any refusal must be justified.
The Customer is informed that in case of refusal, they may file a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 PARIS) or seek judicial remedy.
The Customer may be invited to opt-in to receive informational and promotional emails from DOTLEAP LTD. They can withdraw consent at any time by contacting DOTLEAP LTD or using the unsubscribe link.
Telephone Solicitation Opt-Out List:
Your phone number is collected when creating your account or placing your Order. It will only be used to process your Orders or to offer you new services. You may register for the telephone solicitation opt-out list, which applies to all professionals except those with whom you have an existing contract.
SECURITY
The Site is secured by SSL encryption.
Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode according to a protocol defined by the authorized payment provider for transactions conducted on the Site.
CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS
The Customer declares that information provided to DOTLEAP LTD is accurate and sincere. Any inaccuracy may engage their liability.
Purchase of Products, Subscription and Services is reserved for adults with legal capacity. The Customer guarantees that they are of legal age and have legal capacity.
The Customer undertakes not to use the Products, Subscription and/or Services for any commercial or resale purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Parties cannot be held liable if non-performance or delay in performance of any obligations under these Terms results from a case of force majeure, as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
LANGUAGE
These Terms are drafted in French. They are also available in English. In case of difficulty, the French version prevails over the English version.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by English law.
COMPLAINTS AND AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To resolve disputes, the Customer is invited to send a written complaint in the first instance:

by postal mail to DOTLEAP LTD, Unit 126, Spur Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 5BD.
Under Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer dispute may be resolved by mediation before a consumer mediator.

The Customer is also informed that under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has established an Online Dispute Resolution platform for extrajudicial resolution of online disputes between consumers and traders in the EU. You may, at your expense, seek assistance from counsel.
COMPETENT JURISDICTION
All disputes arising from these Terms, regarding their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and aftermath, not settled amicably, will be submitted to the competent court under common law rules.
