I. Purpose and Scope
These General Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “GSTC”) are intended to define the terms, conditions, and obligations relating to the subscription offered by the site https://luxshop5.com, operated by LuxShop5 - Official.
The Club Luxshop5 subscription allows the Client, via their member area, to access exclusive digital services, subject to the creation of a valid client account and payment of the monthly subscription fee.
II. Definitions
- Client / Subscriber: any adult individual who has taken out a subscription on the site https://luxshop5.com.
- Subscription: contract entered into by the Client granting access to the Services described in Article III below.
- Services: all the digital content and features made available to Subscribers.
- Account: personal space created by the Subscriber to access the Services using a username and password.
III. Services Included in the Club Luxshop5 Subscription
The Club Luxshop5 Subscription includes unlimited access, for the entire duration of its validity, to the following services:
- A digital library composed of thematic eBooks, viewable online or downloadable;
- Full access to the Press Kiosk via our partner Youboox, including a regularly updated catalogue of magazines, newspapers, and digital novels;
- Access to content and features reserved exclusively for Subscribers, available from the Client’s Account.
No physical media are sent. All content is 100% digital.
IV. Subscription Procedures
To subscribe to the Subscription, the Client must:
- Create a personal Account on the Site by providing their information;
- Expressly accept these GSTC at the time of order;
- Make secure payment by credit card for the subscription fee.
Once payment is confirmed, the Client receives an email confirming their subscription. Access to the Services is activated immediately.
V. Duration – Renewal – Cancellation
The subscription is concluded for a period of 30 days, with automatic monthly renewal at the rate of 47.80 € VAT included.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time from their Account or by going to the "Cancel my subscription" section on the Site.
Any cancellation results in the immediate cessation of future charges. The Client retains access to the Services until the end of the current monthly period.
VI. Financial Terms
The monthly fee for the Subscription is 47.80 euros VAT included, payable exclusively by credit card via a secure platform.
As the payment service provider is external, LuxShop5 - Official does not store any banking data.
LuxShop5 - Official reserves the right to modify the subscription fee. Any change will be notified by email at least one (1) month before its application. The Client may then cancel if they wish.
VII. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Client expressly acknowledges that the performance of digital services begins upon confirmation of their payment and thus waives their right of withdrawal.
VIII. Suspension or Termination of Subscription
LuxShop5 - Official reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription in case of fraud, non-payment, or non-compliance with the GSTC, without any possible refund.
IX. Personal Data
Personal Data collected during subscription are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site https://luxshop5.com. The Client may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) at any time.
X. Governing Law and Disputes
These GSTC are governed by the law applicable in the country where LuxShop5 - Official is headquartered.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where the company’s headquarters are located.
